Rangers Square in Greenwich, London, is a small housing community made up of 33 terraced homes, designed in the late 60s by Andrews, Emmerson, Sherlock & Keable.

Upon completion in 1970, internally the homes are a mere 3.2m wide and 9m long. They represent modern, efficient, open plan living, and the square has remained a very popular community to both the rental and homeowner sectors.

Made up of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, they all have vaulted roof spaces with rooflights that allow an abundance of natural light. They sit on high ground and afford views over to Canary Wharf.

This project's challenge is a full strip back and "start again" refurbishment to achieve an extra bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, and loft storage, whilst maintaining and respecting the design charm of the original concept.
