Sepia Barn is a Grade II Listed 17th century stone former agricultural building situated in the village of Dent, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The original stone walls and roof were completely refurbished, and new lime mortar utilized throughout. The existing roof timbers were reinstated and new timbers braced alongside them to support the weight of the new roof.

A mezzanine was introduced that realised three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Hardwood double glazed windows and doors together with cast iron rainwater goods finished off the building perfectly.

The stone walls that weren't left exposed internally were finished with natural insulation, breathable plasterboard and paint to allow the premises to respirate naturally as they were originally designed to do.
