Tremayne House is an early 20th Century former coking and coal station set on an idyllic piece of land extending to 0.7 acres, directly fronting the East Looe River estuary in Looe.

Planning was achieved to erect a 5,000sf four bed four bath detached villa with its own private drive and nestled within it's own woodland.

The works will involve demolishing the original building whilst supporting the top road and landface down to 13 metres with contiguous piles. The base land will be built up to mitigate any future sea level rises, and the property will be powered by solar and batteries, and heated by air source heat pumping. Rainwater will be harvested and used to provide the grey water, and the main sewers will be serviced by an on site sewage treatment plant that filters clean water directly into the adjacent river.
